- Muse have at least 2 years’ experience of working in Hygiene department
- Controlling and maintaining hygiene from slaughtering to final product dispatch.
- Development, Implementation, Monitoring and Corrective action of Food Safety Management System
- Monitoring pest control program and ensure it is being maintained.
- Inspect and train workers follow the hygiene standards overall during the Production.
- M.Sc. – Food Science & Technology;
- Knowledge of Halal FSMS, FSMS, BRC and HACCP is mandatory;
