JOB SUMMARY



Experience:

  • Muse have at least 2 years’ experience of working in Hygiene department
  • Controlling and maintaining hygiene from slaughtering to final product dispatch.
  • Development, Implementation, Monitoring and Corrective action of Food Safety Management System
  • Monitoring pest control program and ensure it is being maintained.
  • Inspect and train workers follow the hygiene standards overall during the Production.

Education:

  • M.Sc. – Food Science & Technology;
  • Knowledge of Halal FSMS, FSMS, BRC and HACCP is mandatory;
