JOB DESCRIPTION



Responsibiilties

  • To ensure the general Administration matters including time management, personnel and legal matters including disciplinary action
  • To maintain liaison and coordination with various Government department external bodies
  • To control SESSI related matters like workers registration, contribution, benefits of the workers 
  • To control EOBI related matters like employees registration, contribution, pension, other benefits 
  • Control time office activities like recording of attendance, overtime, daily turnover and monthly turnover reports
  • Disciplinary actions like drafting of charge sheet, conducting inquiries, termination, dismissals and warning
  • To coordinate with the officers of Government Agencies in connection with the audits and inspection
  • Other responsibilities as assigned
