ISLAND TEXTILE MILLS LIMITED(the Company) is a public limited company incorporated in Pakistan on May 20, 1970 under the repealed Companies Act 1913 now Companies Ordinance, 1984. TATA PAKISTAN took over the management of this running spinning unit in Kotri – Sindh in 1981 which quickly established a name in spinning of cotton yarns. This company is now listed on Karachi Stock Exchange. The registered office of the Company is situated at Textile Plaza, M.A. Jinnah Road, Karachi in the province of Sindh. The principal activity of the Company is manufacturing and sale of yarn. The Company's manufacturing facilities are located at Kotri Industrial Estate in the Province of Sindh.

In view of emergent business needs, a strategic expansion plan was made and executed in 2014 with the ground breaking of its 2nd unit. Finally in 2015, after rigorous and restless day and night efforts of our team of professionals, the facility commencement got completed and TATA PAKISTAN management proudly inaugurated the 2nd unit of ISLAND TEXTILE MILLS LTD. which is the only latest state-of-the-art spinning mill of Pakistan so far.
