Since its inception the PAKISTAN has done several strategic alliances, from the firststrategic alliance by taking charge of “Naveena Industries” which was an embroidery unit till acquiring 'Dada Enterprises' A Tannery acquired in PAKISTAN which is currently a leading exporter of Leather and Leather Garments.

The journey didn’t stop there but it continued over the decades and each new era brought a better and bigger strategic alliance for the PAKISTAN. In the 80’s TATA PAKISTAN took over a running textile spinning unit “Island Textile”, then “Salfi Textile Mills” and in early 90’s “Tata Textile Mills” was setup which was one after another remarkable achievements by the company. 

From July 01, 2021, Tata Textile Mills entered into a new phase on its path to growth and strength by merger of all its textile assets approved by Sindh High Court under which, Island Textile Mills Limited (ILTM), Salfi Textile Mills Limited (SALT) and Tata Energy Limited (TEL) stand merged into Tata Textile Mills.
